Replacing My Trunk Lock Actuator

I have a Honda Civic LX 2020
It appears that I need to replace the trunk lock actuator. I discovered a pull tab to open the trunk from the back seat, which worked.
The only way for me to fold down the rear seats is to pull a lever in the trunk to release the lock.
Two days ago, for the hell of it, I pushed the power trunk release button, and it opened. Now, it's still not working.

I need to get the CORRECT trunk lock actuator, so I was wondering if you could help me with that.

DO I need a TRUNK LOCK ACTUATOR or a LOCK ACTUATOR?
Is there an auto parts website you like to use?

Thanks, Scott
