Civic/Accord test drives. Infotainment Question
Civic/Accord test drives. Infotainment Question
Researching which to buy. Drove a 2018 Civic sedan Touring and 2018 Accord Sport. There was a marked difference in response time between the two car's infotainment systems. The Accord was much faster to respond when tapping a screen option. Almost instantaneous. The civic, less responsive.
In 2019 the Civic's received an upgrade to the infotainment system. Most obvious change is a volume **** and several push buttons to switch between common functions like HOME, Back, +/-, MAP, etc. Appearance looks nearly identical to the 2018 Accord we drove.
Question... anyone know if the electronics are the same in both cars in 2019 and 2020? I believe the display panel is 8" on the Accord vs 7" on the Civic. I'm wondering if a 2019 Civic will operate as quickly as the 2018 Accord did.
