USB Not Working

Hello All,

I went away for a week and when I came back my car usb port that enables android auto is not doing anything at all. I have always had the charging cable error no matter which cable I used but now it's not even registering on my phone as pluged in. I tested this with 2 different cables that both work plugged into a wall outlet and the 12v socket. My first thought was a fuse but I couldn't locate which fuse goes to the usb in the owner's manual. Any suggestions would be appreciated, I am away m to f for training for the next 7 weeks so the dealership is kind of a last resort.

Re: USB Not Working

Pull the fuse for the radio to reset it and see if that helps.

Did your phone recently get an update? Is there another phone you can try?

Re: USB Not Working

Ok well now I have ran into more issues. I went to walmart to get groceries and when I came out car wouldn't start. Ended up getting new battery and it had trouble initially starting and all my dash lights are on, door locks don't work etc!
