2018 Civic Lx error code P2185 U0131

2018 Civic Lx error code P2185 U0131
Hi everyone,
I new here.
I am working on a 2018 Civic.
Car was in an accident
Control arm, both tie rod ends abs sensor were damaged and were replaced.
The 3 tiny gauge wires and the eps motor were severed and I reconnected them.
Blown airbags not yet replaced.
Car runs and goes into gear.
No blown fuses
. The issues at hand
Steering wheel is heavy
Diagnostic tool would connect this time and I would get readings next time and won't get a connection.
E brake was working but now it won't release.
Christmas lights on dashboard. All modules and warnings
CanBus connection issues/reading
I was able to pull error codes U0131 and P2185.
Any help going forward is appreciated.
