I have been looking online for what could be wrong with my 2016 Honda Civic 2.0L. I went to start the car and when I press the brake it feels tough and reists, I press the button to start the car and the windshield fluid begins to shoot out and the wipers begin, the dash has the four lights come on and I hear a single click but the car does not crank or start. I have been told I need a new starter by a local mechanic but through the forums some suggest it may be a ground cable issue.

If it is the starter, I am planning on buying a remanufactured Oriley (Ultima) starter at $430.00 compared to the $579.19 OEM part from the Honda dealership.If anyone has tried either or has a recommendation on what to go with I would greatly appreciate it!
