I think I found it.
14400-5AY-H01

A bit hard to say since most of us are North American based and we don't have the 1.0T engine, but google tells me that should be the right part number

I can't find a good diagram of the 1.0 engine, but logic tells me that the alternator belt and timing belt are 2 separate things.
Alternator belt would be a smooth belt to run accessories like the alternator and a/c compressor (if so equipped)
Timing belt would have teeth and syncs the cams and crankshaft

did not even know that there were 1.0L in civics in Europe...
I don't think anyone had made an engine with timing belt shared with alternator, really
surprised the 10th gen 1.0L even have a timing belt? Thought Honda moved to timing chain for all. Might be lower costs.

I think I found good pics to illustrate the two
Here's the timing belt, visible if you remove the valve cover
and this side profile, you can see the crank pulley and alternator pulley (and what looks to be the auto-tensioner). I saw some other pics with an ac compressor, too
