Has anyone had this issue with their civics driving performance. My 2016 civic lx that I bought used couple years ago drove pretty smooth and quiet at first. Had no issues. Now it's not as enjoyable to drive because when I accelerate at a faster speed like when I get on the fwy and have to apply the gas harder to get speed it just sounds louder and I can feel it in the gas pedal more. Not like a vibration or anything like that but I just feel like I can feel it working harder to go faster but it's that louder engine noise I get when i hit the gas to increase my speed that I can't stand. I drove my brother's 2017 civic recently and I loved it. It felt smooth and accelerated quiet like it should. I don't know what is causing mine to spund like a cheap car??? Any suggestions.

Have you done any maintenance to the car?
Have you take it to get looked at a shop?
