Well, I can't comment on what his intensions really were...

However, as far as his account goes, I've had the same issues. When you change your e-mail address on USER CP, it sends you a verification email to the new email address to check it's valid. It won't let you post unless you complete this part. Unfortunately there's a glitch in the system and it doesn't send you the email.

For over a month, I couldn't post either. Until one day I changed it again, and it worked--I got a verification email. Anyways, that could be why he's not posting on here.
