leaking oil

i think my 2002 si coupe i sleaking oil. What could have caused it to leak oil, its only got 8000km on it. Do you guys thinks it a big problem. The car does have some suspension work and it has a bolt on exhaust. The dealer might tell me it voids the warrenty right?

did u just change ur oil recently?? cuz mine leaked after they changed it... it was the drain plug gasket that caused the leaking... another thing to look at is ur oil filter... see if its tight or replace if the rubber gasket is worn off...

Have you done an oil change yet? The drain bolt can be loose.

is it leaking a lot of oil?..... i've had the oil leak out of the oil cap in my other car.... check to see if there's oil around the oil cap........ try to pinpoint where the oil is coming from first......... if it's not too much, it might also be spilt oil when they were taking the filter off or pouring it in......... hope you find a solution.....
