I nearly blew a rim and tire going to Montreal from Ottawa. Hit a badly raised expansion plate on an overpass near Rigaud doin 165 km/h! Damn struts nearly came through the hood! Got home and realized that I had an impact break on my front left! Guy at the tire shop told me the tire saved my rim. Way to go Michelin!
