Has anyone done a template of the center console and the radio area. I'm looking at making my own dash kit. You can buy this sticker stuff at Wallmart for like $25 and it doesn't look to bad or hard to put on. I did it on my last car and it looks pretty good. I just need the template or a copy of the original dash kit.. anyone.

Gusto did his own center console and he told me it was pain in the *** and doesnt look good compare to the real trim kit. just paint it or leave it or get those trim kit
ask him for more info if you want.

Yeah I want the CF dash kit or I might be leaning towards painting it now too if my buddy can do it for me. I have lots of vinyl where I work but I wouldn't recommend it on the dash pieces. It will look cheesy if you get one air bubble or wrinkle.

That would be great, any pics of the painted dash... I would get a kit but they are pretty expensive, plus I don't want all those pieces, I would just want the radio area and the center console. Most places won't just sell these alone, you have to buy the whole kit.

Come on, show us your painted dashes people, or better yet a place that sells the dash kits for cheap.

i got all the trims. it kinda makes my interior stand a bit more hehe.
but if i were u guys ive prolly would have never spent the money i did back then. not worth it. it looks cool but if u really look at it u can see even the oem dash trim is off

I love my OEM Dash kit (metal look), i got it from a Honda a couple months ago for $79. But it looks really nice, lots of compliments
