Rattle During Acceleration

I remember reading a post about this rattle in the front and it happens when accelerating from idle. It's only for a second or two tho...
There was more on how if I turned the temperature **** to cold, then the rattling disappears...

Anyone remember the cause of this?
I can't find the thread!

if it is a bubling sound, that is just the rad fluid moving through the heater core in the car for the heating system. that is why you wont here it when you turn the temp to cold.

well, it does have a rattling sound and then a gushing sound, so I guess it could be what vistec was saying..

But then, i only noticed the sound after my heat shield was broken...And it's still there after they replaced my heat shield..
So I hope it's normal...

I haven't called them yet, but I will soon...
The service guy was pretty nice the last time I was there...

Surreal: Did you get it fixed at Waterloo Honda or Kitchener Honda?

Well, it sounds weird. I used to get some weird noise when I accelerated, but it sounded like plastic grinding against the wheel. After I lowered my car, I never noticed it anymore. But your problem sounds different.
