Shox are going.. i can feel it
My shocks are finally starting to go... well, most people can't tell, but I can tell that progressively the ride is getting bouncier. The damping is pretty bad right now, espeically the back end. It likes to bounce a lot over bumps..
Think it's okay to change just the rears? 1/2 the price. heh.. heh..heh.heh..heh

but my question is that, isn't shocks under wear-and-tear category? if yes then it shouldnt be under warranty right?
i could feel my shocks will be gone soon but i am afraid to take my car to the dealer and they will noticed my car is lowered then they enter that info to all honda computer and i wont get no warranty in any suspension parts in the future

Shocks are not wear and tear.. Only breaks and clutch really are. Wheel bearings, CV jointts and the like are wearable parts, but are still covered under the 3 year bumper to bumper warranty as are the shocks and springs..
And the Koni Yellows are $550US Shipped from Tornactive. With the exchange and added shipping and brockerage it'll only be around $900CAD

Shocks are void of warranty as soon as you lower the car. Honda really can't warrant your aftermarket springs coz they know for sure the shocks wear out sooner, but they can't tell when, so the best bet for them is to void the whole suspension warranty.
Apparently your shocks aren't gone completely until you can push down (not too hard, you'll dent the foil shell, LOL) and the car bumps up and down a few times, like a pimpmobile (hey, maybe that's a good thing )...
I couldn't even stand the rough ride on Sportline/fresh stock shocks, so if your ride is getting worse... Maybe it's time to change it out.
Tornactive has $550us Koni's, but that's $550 x 1.65 = $900CDN PLUS shipping which would be like $50US, PLUS brokerage which would be like $50CDN, PLUS tax which would be $1200-ish if you're lucky.

ya my passenger side shocks are gone i think i'm gonna wait for the TYC's to come out because i want to get the full shocks for the front since the KONI's use the factory sleeve and stuff so i rather just wait till the end of summer like they said when i emailed them the other day.
