STUPID ME, NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was leaving a friends house and backed up into a mound of snow/ice damaged my rear bumper. I lost 1/3 of my rear bumper due to this. Does anyone know how much a new rear bumper is gonna be? Should I go with a factory bumper or try an aftermarket bumper? What aftermarket bumper looks decent on our CIVIC? BTW, I have a silver SI coupe. Any suggestions on what I should do?

Get OEM.. if you get aftermarket, you'll be forced to get a different front bumper too. I mean, it'll look really silly with this low & wild looking rear bumper and a plain vanillia one in the front.
Plus if you go OEM, you get the benifit of better structure ridigitity.. yes, believe it or not, aftermarket ones are even weaker than our OEMs.

like boohaha said.......... just punch it out. it does actually work.. there may be a few lil' dents and all.. but nothings perfect.

i guess it really depends on your future plans for the car....if you're going to do body mods to your car then go with an aftermarket bumper, you can probably get it on your car for cheaper but it will look wierd if you dont have anything else and no lower....but if you're planning on leaving it stock, go back to oem...maybe even go through you're insurance....up to you.
