Would you happen to have ddr ram? I need pc -2100, and I'm looking for either 1 GB or 512 MB.

How much would you charge for that?

On my last price list, PC2100 RAM sells for $250 for 512MB and $590 for 1GB. Final price is subject to market price, but should be in that ballpark or less.

For those of you that are nerdy...

Sandra did the trick, but I had to download the FULL version (i.e. not the 'free' version)... It went through each stick of RAM, and told me exactly what rating they were! I'm running 3 PC100 sticks, and 1 PC133 stick 2 of the sticks were seen as 2 64MB banks each.... (i.e. a 128MB stick was seen as 2x64MB, 2 banks total...instead of 1 bank of 128MB) I'm not sure how it calculates it... but anyhow...

If there is a PC100 stick in there the BIOS will clock all the RAM as PC100, so SANDRA would read it as PC100. The benchmark will read the bus but not individual banks.
Haha, I stand corrected!

Now c'mon, someone order from me already, I've dished out lots of prices. I'm planning on getting something picked up this week so if you want something let me know before Thursday.

I just put together a system myself, great prices these days.

- AMD Athlon XP 2000+
-256Mb of DDR333 PC2700 RAM
- Asus A7N8X Deluxe (Nvidia nForce2 chipset) - w/dolby digital 5.1 Soundstorm APU, dual-LAN, firewire, USB2.0, SerialATA, RAID
- Maxtor 60Gb ATA133 7200RPM HD
- Enermax 350W dual fan power supply
- Aluminum mid-tower case (light as hell, cooler)
- ATI Radeon 9000 PRO 128Mb

For about $800 something. I'm getting a 9500PRO from my buddy who works at ATI, only $200!! Woo hoo!

Also bought a Samsung 172T 17" LCD monitor a few months ago for $865.

RAM is cheap! You don't want to bottleneck your system with slow RAM.

Agreed. There is no reason to shell out $150 for a mobo supporting your PC100 RAM worth $5 when you can shell out $100 for a good VIA KT333 or KT400 and get DDR Ram for like $100 and triple the bandwidth.

I got my LCD at Canada Computers (Pacific Mall), they had the best price for it. I think it was the best purchase I made for my computer. The display is fantastic. Colors are very rich, crisp details, bright, and no ghosting. It's got wide viewing angles (160 degrees), 250Cd/m2 brightness, 400:1 contrast. Also has DVI and analog connectors. The display is crisper when I plug it in to my DVI digital connector.

Canada Computers sell volume so single items they will probably have really good prices (although I can beat their prices for individual stuff, margin is so low, you actually may wanna go there), but I'm sure my systems are less expensive than theirs.

RADEON 9000 128MB DDR AGP4X TVO + DVI (OEM) $130
RADEON 9000 64MB DDR AGP4X TVO + DVI (OEM) $105
Radeon 9000Pro 128M TV+DVI+D/H OEM $175

Sorry must add tax, this is really low price! If you just need video card, you can try Canada Computers they may have similar price... (I make virtually nothing on one part)
