I'm a youngnn with no expenses, still live with parents, car all paid off the day I got it, paying $200 a month insurance, all my paychecks go towards car, work 30 hours a week, have a REALLY goood paying job, In last year in High School... Hows dat! I really split my money 3 ways: Car, Condo (Down payment), and Tools (Because I am going to be a mechanic). The two key words are NO EXPENSES and GOOOD PAYING JOB!

If your gonna go boosted you might wanna grab a D17 non-vtec..it has lower compression and the manifold can be modded to accept a turbo easier than a Vtec model... Stocl internals can handle about 7-8PSI..you'd need to re-do the fuel system though. H22 Injectors and a high volume fuel rail will support the fuel for 7PSI or so....to run more you have to completely change everything over and get a full EMS system..I'd highy reccomend a Hondata Stage 3 system for that...even though it's not on Hondata's page it can be made to work with the 7th gens a few folks in Montreal have had it done..it costs an extra $100 though...whoopie..

I've been checking scrapyard and such for a D17 with no luck... Honda keeps buying them and rebuilding them for use in warranty replacements..

Even JDM sites and scrapyard sites and n luck..ebay's about you only option dude...I'm weighing the price-performance of swapping in a GSR or going turbo..turbo seems cheaper...if I blow the GSR motor..I have to but a new B series block..if I turbo it and blow it.. $1200 gets me a new block and I don't have to sop anything up underhood..
