You're looking at typically $20-30US shipping for that size. As for duty, supposedly for anything invoiced at less than 200US you don't pay duty, but you might be charged brokerage by the courier, usually around $20-30CDN. You can do the math, but it's still much less than list prices here.

Yeah, that's what I said about duty, <$200 US should be miniscule.
As for shipping, I'm sure his $165US is shipped to US, and he'll likely charge you for shipping to Canada. Just my experience talking to shops in the States. They always advertise $XX shipped, but when you call them and ask about shipping to Canada they add $25 (like WTF?) even though they've already built continental US shipping ($10~15 at least I assume) in their price and shipping to Canada shouldn't be $25 more for stuff that size.
Haha, a bit of a vent post. I suppose....

What's their warranty on bulbs? And where are they?
I just ordered a set of 10-yr warranty bulbs off ebay, gonna wonder if they'll actually replace burnt bulbs... PlasmaGlow is the company. Figured for $10US I'd give it a shot. Their site sells them for $40US...
If these don't work out I might go to Nokya or even PIAA, but I worry they'll go in a year or so, $60~$100 a lot to pay for just bulbs.[hr]

I bought PIAA from Performance Improvements, and it came with 1yr over the counter exchange warranty. I actually bought two sets there.. first one for my stock H4s, then H3s for projectors. In total, I did 4 exchanges
I'm not sure if you wanna go PIAA anymore... but.. at least it's good for a year, right? Most people with blue bulbs replace within a year anyway.. prices a little too MSRP though, if you know what I mean.I called Performance Improvements today, and they quoted me $89 for the drop in filter by K&N.
