Ok, for some reason, maybe it's just in my head, but it seems like Acura paint looks better and of beter quality than Hondas' especially Black. Now, the thing is though, the paints for the most part are called exactly the same, i.e. NBP, Taffeta White etc. are those the same paint or are there ingredients in the paint that are different from an Acura? Extra clear coats and polish maybe? I do know that "some" acura paints are different such as Milano Red or Pearl White etc..

same paint.....i had an acura 3.2 TL before black and i had to buy touch up paint and they gave me honda touch up paint NBP...and this was at acura...they told me it was pretty much the same paint with the more common colours.....

me and StUNNA juss noticed this last weeek.. but the silver from an acura is lighter than a silver from the honda... well tony's that is... cuz our cars were side by side and hez was much darker and with a bluish touch

i know the silver on 1.7el is same as civic..
