Infamous Wheel Viberation

Okay, it's off balance again. I took it today to Active Green + Ross, where they fixed the problem before.. but this time, they can't do it. What's up with that??

Also, they refuse to do alignment on 17" wheels, because they say they will scratch the s-hit out of the rims. They told me to call Wheel Wizards, and they told me they don't do alignments. Grrr...

I need a GOOD place in GTA or nearby GTA, that will do balance & alignment, CORRECTLY. Help?

EDIT: Oh yeah, also, does anyone know of any places that does dynamic balancing? (balancing while the wheel is on the car itself)

Sheit, the same thing happens with my wheels. I just got them balanced and it is way better than before, but it still has a little vibration.
