got 3 more tickets last night ...cop really pissed me off i made a right turn on a red light without stopping ......there isn't no sidewalk but i guess i'm still supposed to make a stop i did slow down and turned into the first lane ......happens that it was a police car flying in the other lane......he slows down and then blast his spot light in my car while i'm driving almost blinding me.......so natural thing is to roll my window down and say "WHAT THE HELL YOU DOING" he then starts saying some ish about how i didn't stop at the red light before making my RIGHT turn not LEFT with the light blasting on us driving......then cuts me off in my beautiful civic telling me to pull over after a few more words from me [IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG]

so within me pulling over for like 30 seconds there were 5 cruisers arount me .....i was so VEX i'm wondering why the hell he needs 5 cars for me not stopping for a left turn.....so he does his walk around my car looks at the turn signals ......says he is adding that .....looked for an exhaust didn't have one .....saw the tie bar at the back .....and then said something bout the plate covers......so of course i'm still cursin but had to simma down because the 2 people i had in my car had warrants but man if i was by myself like i usually am when i get pulled over i would have probably ended up with like 5 tickets.......

so in the end the bastard gave me a tickets for not signing my ownership..........for not stopping b4 making my right turn and .....the turn signals......damn bastards........to end it guess what i did ....hhahaha "I FOLLOWED THE BASTARDS FOR A WHILE 2 CRUISERS" they were pissed heheheh they started blocking tha road.....

i'm gonna do what i did for my other tickets and bring up that there were more officers there as witnesses so most likely i'm gonna get off i am thinking positive for now ....

any of these tickets gonna raise my insurance..........GOT OFF 3 get 3 more ....... F tha POPO (Durham)

not wanting to take sides you are always supposed to make a complete stop at a red light, you can only go if there are no cars coming.

Usually they won't give you tickets for the other two, but if you **** them off they will. Just show a little respect (even if you don't have any) and most of the time they'll let you off easy for stuff like that.

did he give you a ticket cause you have clear turn signals or because you didn't signal your turn?

there were no cars comming light was red if i wanted to go through the light but i was making the right turn .......there were no cars comming well the one car in the far lane (which was the popo)

i got the ticket because he said the light was blue it's a blue bulb but it's a hyper white one hmmmm

any of yall with those eurolight bulbs should know they look blue when your up close but from far they are white right he didn't give me a ticket for my headlights so what the hell.......well i'm gonna figure a way to get out of this i'm sure i'm not gonna be in court till next year jan or something.

the only tickets that raise your insurance are speeding tickets and careless driving, dui, or tickets that take points off - things like light tickets, exhaust, rolling stops and small stuff doesnt .... good luck

For the light ticket, I would just say that you changed the bulb back to an amber bulb and they'll let you off the hook. Not signing ownership shouldn't be a big deal to get off either, just sign it. The only one that might be a problem is the running a right on a red light.

the light i'm not changing it because the light it one of them eurolight bulbs they are hyper white i beleive with the blue caseing i need to find myself some facts about the bulbs because i know they are street legal....

bulbs in the front can be white or amber and i wanted to the white.

The bulbs in the front are supposed to be white or amber, white meaning the yellowish-white of the stock ones. if the bulbs aren't DOT approved you're not going to be able to argue that point. I'd take up 2k1sicdn on his suggestion, its much easier.

I feel bad for you but its a driving rule that you come to a complete stop on a red while doing a right turn. You didn't so the Cop was right to give you a ticket. It doesn't matter if there is nobody coming, you must stop. If you just relaxed and pulled over and gave no attitude he would have just given you that one ticket. You have to give Cops respect.
And turn signals should be Amber.

Also, why would you follow the Cops after??? Are you asking to get into more trouble??? Whats following them gonna prove???

the only reason i gave the lip was because the damn guy BEAMED that SPOTLIGHT on me while i was driving that is some dangerous ish .........

that is what i gave him lip about first......usually cops beam that ish when they pull you over not while your driving beside them it's not like he was chasing me or anything i just happend to pull in next to him.....

and yah i know bout the red light thing now didn't b4 but yah i did look in the drivers book and saw it in bold writing so i'm not hatin on that but sucks because nobody ever does and it was like 11pm what are the chances ah well i will take the ticket to court and work my magic.....
and the front headlights can be white or amber according to the traffic laws.

and i followed him because i was sure they wanted to follow me to where i was going and where i was going was not a spot for the popo i rather divert somewhere else.......

FOR INSURANCE, rolling stops do not count - I had one a year ago and my policy was just renewed with my company (where i work) and there was no chrage and no record of it on my MVR .....that was what I was referring to - IF you have some company like Belair direct or some other mickey mouse company I'm not sure what they do but I'd say 80% od companys to don't view that as a fault chargeable incident
