Doesn't that just preclude that there will be PWing. Isn't the NOPW acronym evil in and of itself? Just asking...

Rep Power: 395 What I'm saying is... By having this NOPW acronym you're assuming that there are threads in which PWing takes place. By that assumption alone, I think people get the idea that it is okay to PW in threads that don't have a NOPW. Get me?
