Before pink and I will smoke at least big half pack a day... but now we decrease till max 5 per day.. or sometimes 3...

After a couple of months, even when I picked up a cig it doesn't get too appealing anymore. Unless I'm tired, or stressed, then I crave one.

I dont know......I think I will never totally quit smoking, I'll quit Buying smokes though. I think I would still want a cigarette every now and than. Like after it rains when the air is nice and cool or after a filling meal!! I guess a cigarette here and there aint too bad, but 1 pack every otehr day is! Dayum, I smoke about a half pack every dya.

Rep Power: 0 See Gusto, the way I see it, most people do not quit smoking because they don't have a "reason" to quit. This reason can come from an epiphany or personal reasons. I mean I still don't see the point of Surgeon's warning on cigarete packs. I mean we obviously know it's bad for us before we got comitted to smoking and we still do it. It's kinda ironic too. When I first started smoking, it hurt my lungs! The more you smoke, the more you get used to it. It kinda boggles me to think why I would start smoking if it hurt so much in the first place!
So pink, are you just quitting smoking? Or even Mr. Wacky Tabacky too?
