OT: Just saw SIGNS
F***, it was a scary movie!! I nearly sheited my pants a few times.. this M. Night Shannigan director is amazing. Sixth Sense was no fluke. It was different though, no twisted ending here... just a straight up scary movie!! He used an old technique that most directors have forgotten--what you don't see, is the scariest. And it is, he did a masterful job at getting your mind to wonder what's really out there. There are also some good comic relief, which is much needed for such a tense movie. I won't talk about the plot..... but if you have a heart condition, you shouldn't see this flick.
i don't think it was that scary...it was a bit drawn out...but the ending wasn't too bad.....this director always makes movies that make you go...........mmmmmmmm ....each little significant detail...which during the movie you thought wasn't very significant at all...made it all come together in the end.....its worth a tuesday......ticket..but wouldn't pay full price for it.....
3 out of 5.....good movie

Movie was too slow, things were too obvious, timeframe too short to be significant, and the resolution was too simple--just Mel Gibson mumbling "there is no coincidence" etc etc--Good movie overall but I expected more.

Human body is 70% water by mass. We aren't really bags of water. You gotta go to a very molecular level to extract these waters.
Ok fine, blood is water based, so is bial and all fluids in us... But consider some fish with poisonous sacks (or snake)! We'd still eat those (ok, some of us do).
Maybe they like eating human brain, or other body parts less the water, hahaha... Or for labour. Or for **** probing, might be a sport on their planet, LMAO.
