Street Glow, where in T.O and how much??

Hey guys, I am interested in purchasing a set of red street glow gold series under car lights and was wondering if there are any places in T.O. that sell and install them. I've seen a few cars on this site with them and they look amazing. I've seen them on ebay for 140U.S. but I want to get them profesionally installed. If anyone knows a place could you please leave a post,
