blue 2k1 coupe in Waterloo, who are you!?

Was heading to work in Waterloo, and had a blue coupe tail me for awhile, then ended up driving behind it...

License plates were Axxx 249... Had a nice tint to it, OEM fogs and bodykit... Got bored of my slow speeds or something.... did a sling shot effect through Hwy 7 or something.... weird! (I'm new to the Waterloo area).... Hwy off the 86 I think has some weird lanes to it. It looked alot like a pit lane, where you got off 86, then merged back on..... Got off same exit as me (NorthField), then turned onto Parkside or something like that....

Anyone here?

Time was Monday @ 8:30am ish....

<yawn> .... Crazy crazy crazy.... I drive everyday to Waterloo from TO ... I'll be carpoolin' next week tho.

It could of been dm1preppy, but i'm not sure If he has fogs.. But I do see quite a bit of 2k1 civics around kitchener-waterloo..

what kind of body kit did it have?
