I got my CIVIC LX Coupe, and looking into getting a rims+tires package to replace the stock wheels.... however, I am broke now, and just need to save up before I can decide... but just wondering, how much do you guys usually spend on rims+tires? what are the price ranges for this mod?

no point in telling some one u got free rims. its not gonna do them any good.
well it basically depends on what brand u want. if u get the real racing rims expect to pay a whole lot for them.
of course the nice looking ones are always the most expensive ones so save urself bout 1600 to bout 2500 for rims.
haha and like always make sure u want them.

something to think about.... but $2000 does sound like a lot since you probably won't get it back if you plan to trade-in or sell the car.... hmm.. how long do you guys plan to keep your civics? just out of curiousity...
cuz eventually I wanna trade mine in (in couple years' time though, when I have paid off my car...) for a fully-loaded RSX type S (if it's still around then) or something equivalent... but that's just my dream...

well if ur considering to sell or trade the car keep ur stock wheels hehe
then when u trade it ..sell ur rims ...if u keep them in good condition u can get alot back but if u scrape or dent it. oh u lose a lot of dough
i plan to keep my car for a very long time hahahaha
maybe 6-10 years if i plan to get another ride ...ill just give this car to my little bro or something
2 grand isnt that much for a good set of rims and tires.
tires is wat gonna cost a lot!

i agree with boohahahah..if you want rims...and you are planning to keep your car..then i say get a good set....YOU ALWAYS GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR....and ALWAYS shop around....there are always a lot of rim stores out there...willing to undercut the next store..ahem ahem ..wheels direct..lol...but...don't be fooled..make sure you get yourself...a good set of rubber...rims you can get anywhere...but the rubber...is what is important....do some research..or post on here....this site..is the best....so much info ....so take advantage...
