Canadian government is way more strict on environmental issues than your stupid American government (or should I say Bush?) trust me, I work in land development industry and we get projects from both US and Canada and I can tell that Canadian government is 100 times more strict when it comes to our environment.

Seal population is closely monitored here, its not that they will become extinct by hunting, if a decrease in population is noticed, trust me, they'll do something to stop the hunting, its like killing chicken, do u feel bad when u eat chicken? ha? seal is the same, they'r ****in animals and theres a lot of them so seal-hunters kill them to make a living, its their job, they've been doing it for hundreds of years, and now they do it under government's inspection.
