The resonator on your car now...you mean the big hunk of plastic in your engine...I think there is a DIY for it...do a search..and you can take it off yourself...I hear its hella easy..but I wont take it off unless I got a intake..cuz well it is winter and I don't need dirt and water going into my engine....also...it makes a weird sound....NitehawkVTEC took it off his Si...sounds ok....when you rev hard...I don't like it that much....you can hear it from far away though....

If u remove the exhaust res...it shouldn't b too loud....if you wanna remove yer res its'll be like 60 bones prolly. For like 117 you can get larger diameter stainless piping....try master exhaust in brampton good warranty and good pricing...check em out...

High performance look but w/o spending lots heh. I guess you can't go wrong with a Ractive muffler. All it dos is sound high pitch and loud.

andoy : I know what you mean by having a muffler and no "aggressive" sound cause I had that. I removed the resonator and changed my mid pipe to 2 1/4 and now it has a deep "aggressive" sound. gas mileage??? forget about it....

don't really know why but the day I replaced the mid pipe I drove right to work from 'Sauga to T.O and right away i noticed that my gas went down more than the usual. Not by alot but I definitely noticed the difference. Oh well, I think it's well worth it because I think it sounds nice.

dude, this is an easy mod...take out your cat and hollow it out...just make sure that you clear all the metal inside the cat or else you have shears shooting out your exhaust...(not cool)
