Glad your ok. Sucks to here that happen to you. I'm not exactly familar with insurance, but I think it doesn't matter whose at fault. We have no fault insurance in Ontario (I think). Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
Hope everything works out ok though.

If the fault is clearly on the other person, I would talk to there parents and ask them if there interested in settling in cash. You can provide a small contract that frees any liability to either of the parites. If they have money you'd be surprised who will settle in cash. DO NOT accept anything less then cash or certified cheques.
If not thats exactly what insurance companies are for. IF the other person got a ticket your not at fault, its a good start but in Ontario but they count the amount of not at fault accidents too.
In any case dont be afraid to ask your insruance for advice. Most of the time your off the record anyways. Its when you file a claim your rates (or loss of discounts) can cost you big bucks. However anytime I get in an accident I call my broker and they always give me advice without screwing me over
sorry to hear this.
Cars are nothing more then steele and plastic. The fact that your alright supercedes any vechile damage! The fact that your not at faut means this accident shouldnt even be in the back of your mind.
focus on getting you and your car fixed. Damage sucks but money can be made. Bodies cannot.

thanx for all ur support guys it means alot! i actually went to go see my car to take pics which i will laod on within the next fews days... i actually ask the tow compny what condition my cars in and they said it was a write off but.... my adjuster hasnt seen it herself so ill keep ya updated! also since its a right off i will be looking got a new car soo any idea,,,
glad to hear you're ok.
when did you get the car? if its been 2 yrs or less, i hope your broker told you that you have an option to pay $50/yr for the first 2 yrs and if the car gets totalled in that time, you get the value of the car when it was new. otherwise they factor in depreciation and ya get screwed for some cash :S
anyways, hope everything works out for ya, post the pics when ya get them and have a chance. best of luck
EDIT: I see in your profile its a 2002 which means its more then 2 years old. well, i hope the car can be fixed then, but if not... 2006 Si!

Depsite the fact that I am at fault
State Farm pays me for my damage
ING pays you for your damage.
Whoever is at fault has to pay their deductable. You wont have to pay a deductable and if its your first accident nothing will happen. Keep in mind a "NOT AT FAULT" accident is still on your record. The more not at fault accidents you have the more risk you have of loosing certain discounts not neccasarily a rate increase.
At the end of the day your insurance company ends up paying you out which they never really like to do even if it isn't your fault.
MAKE SURE if your making a claim, ALL damage should be mentiond, my first not at fault accident my cell phone broke. I got $300 to spend on a new phone
