there's this haggling/grinding nose coming from the front passenger side wheel. it's this haggling noise that comes and goes...... the haggling noise usually appears when im turning very slowly.

a mechanic said it was the "ball joint"... worn down.... dont remember if that was the correct term though. he said part and labour may price approx. around 200 or so.


anyone had or have this problem, a haggling/grinding noise while you turn?

Yeah sounds like a ball joint to me. Ball joints are normal wear and tear. It happens on almost every car. Bad ball joints usually only make sounds when your turning.

At least its only grinding right now. If you keep driving like that, it'll start making thumping sounds. Thumping sounds are scary..lol.

Look underneath your car, most likely your CV boot is ripped as well.

Its a very common problem on all cars, so I say "shop around for prices and see what the best price you can get".
