I'm thinking the amount they make selling these movies must be a hell of alot more than the fine they get. Seems to be the only reason to keep selling them even after being busted numerous times.

Yeah no doubt. I mean if you think about how many people come buy movies daily, especially on the weekends, the store is PACKED..and since its 3 for $20 for US movies and 4 for $20 for asian movies, thats at least $20 bucks a person..and on a busy day theres gotta be a transaction ever minute..thats lotsa cash..haha..
but yeah, very surprised they restocked and selling again..LOL.

They probably figure if there going to get busted again they may as well start raising the funds for the fines and legal fees asap :P
its the power of volume, theres still stockpiles of dvds that need to be sold so why bother waiting. Its not like your random street cop is gonna go into pac mall and start cuffing cashiers, its has to be a big formal raid which probably has the same odds of happening the day after as does the year after.

Innocent until proven guility, perhaps all those dvd's were
legal
