how was war of the worlds? it looks good... jer, good luck waxing, i hear it can be quite painful. i cant make it to cruise nights tonight... or the sausage festival for that matter... and boobies are definately great. i shall see u guys probably in the park where there is fire, and sare i will try and get that cash for u sometime before then or as soon as possible. i can finally show of the new RSX engine and xenon kit i put on last week... safe.

well MIR get the other 20 ppl stickers then ..... i talked to the guy who did my graphics and he said he can do em for a buck each.. so since its cheaper, naturally some of our team will want them that way.

i still dont see the point of paying just to be part of the team when u dont know where the money is going. im pretty sure dedication is going to shows and being active in the team, not forking out 30 bucks to show u are dedicated. and i agree with sare. we are very spread out, and the shows people from niagara have been going to its always only us, so say we need a tent thing for shows, so we go and buy one and we know where the money is going, rather then pitching for one that some other random section 10 hours away bought that i am never going to see or use, because that still doesnt put a tent over our heads at shows. and money for BBQ or whatever at meets? apperently there was never any fees before and everyone held there own and everyone pitched and broght stuff and what not. not everyone can come to all these things due to work and other reasons so their "dedication" money isnt going back to them. and every time i ask mir where the money is going i get a general answer saying "back to the team" or something that is vaugue, i dont see the point of having an account even for supplementing show costs because its our money anyway that we would have to pay so why not just pay it up front at the show? this way people that cant make it for whatever reasons arent getting ripped off. you cant make someone commit to something by making them pay upfront. obviously whoever is here has an interest in coming to shows and to meets and will come if they can make it. if that wasnt the case then they wouldnt waste their time on a message board, iv seen the same people that are dedicated and coming out to shows and we havent payed a thing. and whats the big deal with the decals? MIR u can either ask matt to tell his guy to make more or just order less from ur guy, i dont know why ur so set on getting them from ur guy since he is more expensive and im assuming not in the city, cause matts guy is also local.

SARE..i completely agree with u and know how u feel but as far as i see right now i dont exactly know wut direction to take at all...the reason the fee was established (as u know) is to ensure people are not paying out of their pocket for the things the team needs or wants..etc..
u guys can do whatever u want but i am still responsible for doing what the other members want as well, so I suppose we need to address everyone else and see how they feel about the fee and everything because it is not fair for them to be left out of the loop at all
Mike..congrats on the longest post in the Niagara thread. I think what Mike and Sare have said sums up what we concluded at the Poultry Fest.
In Niagara we are not opposed to Gen7 and we are not trying to start a new team. What we are trying to do is better structure what we have. Since the regions are so far apart it makes more sence to run the team as a decentralized heirarchy rather than a centralized one (I know my BBA peeps know what I'm talking about). Each region can buy their own necessities required to attend local shows and represent Gen7. This is better than central fund that would have to allocate $$ to each region, 'cause you know that would cause problems with fairness.
As for the fee, it would essentially be the purchase of goods (tent, banner, cooler, food, car duster). Paying for these things as a region would more efficient than paying a fee to a central location and then having to request funds back for the goods. Also doing it this way allows each region to establish thier level of dedication. If any particular region doens't want a tent or whatever and another region wants a fricken motor home then its all good.

OH and i didnt want to say this before but another reason we were late for cruise nite Sare was the paparazzi. They were chasing down the sausage prince, Mark and we had to detour to avoid them. It was how do you say "E I E I E I Oh"
One last thing, my car is so sick right now. Just finished swapping my front ends. Now im rocking a stock bumper with a SEDAN grill. It's so sick I threw up!! But its worth it for new paint.
