Is it time????
DAM its been the past two to three week ..
i've aready seen more then 20 cars ditch the snow tire's
and aready put there summer rim on .. is it time aready ???
i've remember last april it was still snowing ... and shitz when i was in Mexico
but is it really time ??

no i don't think its time. it has snowed thru the first week of april for the past 2 years at least. i ususally put my summer wheels on May to October. 7 months is a good run.
im putting my tires on as a reward to myself after my crazy essay/exam period
5 essays and an exam in 6 days... i think it'll be well deserved
so april 4th it is for me! thats in a couple weeks from today, hopefully by then its sunny and warm but we'll see

i think it should be safe to put your summers on. i don't know what you guys are talking about, grim, salt, rocks? except for the salt you get those when it rains in the summer too. rims are made to be durable, at least the brand name ones are, a little salt can't hurt your rims. i've had my rims on for the last week or so. it snowed a bit last night in sauga so i just gave my rims a good spray with the garden hose when i got home. no big deal.

Rep Power: 316 I usually wait until I see a few sweeping/spray trucks pass on the streets. That way you KNOW spring is here, and there won't be any more snow. (I won't wait any longer than the 2nd week of April though)

Rep Power: 0 Where do you guys get your tires put on, do you go to canadian tire or what...just looking to buy new rims and wanted to know if I could just go any place to get them put on... I dont want the place telling me I need this and that just to make more money off of me. I am in brampton so if anyone can recommend a good shop it would be appreciated.

we got like 5 inches in Niagara so far...and it's STILL coming down....nothing better than leaving my bf's house at 2:30 am and realizing my snow brush is someplace other than my car....
