Kinda feel stupid spending $20 on a ricer mod, but we'll see.... I may end up taking them out...
Got them locally off the SunAutomobile "dealer"... It was actually a 7th member
I think it was smokedCivic (judging from the online pics)... Somebody with a white 7th gen, HIDs... Anyone who's interested, I can post his phone number.
I asked him what car he drives (met up with him at Yorkdale), and he instantly said "7th gen", not knowing whether I knew what that meant or not... Took me a sec to determine it

Anyway, it fit right over the bulb, and was snug.... I'm scared it's gonna melt... Due to the snug fit, the plastic had to touch the bulb surface as I was sliding it in, so I hope it doesn't make my bulbs burst...
Note: You can't see anything until your bulbs are turned completely off... And then, you see the nice green glow. If you really want a specific colour, and/or more light output (i.e. replace DRL perhaps), you can get City Lights instead (little metal ring that holds a tiny peanut bulb, that sits at the base of your H4 bulbs) I liked this cuz it's different than city lights, but more importantly, 'free' energy
Telly, your take on this mod might be glow-in-the-dark paint
I did some initial research, and it's pretty cheap, but there are hazards with the paints... Some contain lead, others are flammable, etc.... Glowing headlights, side molding?
I can feel the power already.... These Power Rings give me better fuel economy, faster throttle response, and the chicks are throwing themselves at me!

smokedcivic was selling these a while back... so you're not the only one with them
As for them melting with HIDs... they won't. HID bulbs run cooler then standard halogen bulbs.

yes that is true, thanks for the big up guys i still have a few more in stock... i will try them on my own HIDs and i'll tell you they should not melt since what R1style said they do run a lot cooler than regular H4 bulbs... i'll let you all know how it goes..

Google up "city lights H4" or something, you'll find some online retailers...
The hype has died down alot on them; I don't see them as much on eBay anymore...
Note: May also want to use the keyword 'soei'... I think that's the asian manufacturer... Could also try PacMall or some other local store.
