Need all season tires

My dad needs all season tires, its for a 96 Acura 2.5TL. Where is the cheapest place to get quality all season tires installed or not. I know the tires are 205 but I don't know the rest right now. Recommend me some places, thanks.

probably go to canadian tire. anything good i should go for? there are so many I have no clue what to get and to avoid for prices ranging 85-130, extra money worth it there?

how are the prices at costco? is it worth it for me to get the membership and still save more than canadian tire?
