OMG.... i stayed at the Maritim Costa Verde in Holguin for 1 week....

let me start off to say.... those dam French girls from Quebec.... KNOW HOW TO PARTY!!!

i was soo lucky when i was there a bunch of french girls where there also for the week and they were HOOT too!!!.... but not many of them could speak english... so i had a few drinks... and magically my french became a lot better!...and some french girls their english became magically better....

now i'm motivated to learn French!

The resort was not bad... considering i paid 720 after everything.... food, alcohol drinks, hotel room.... and the great service that the Cubans give... they are such nice people! I was tipping all the people that worked at the resort... man i felt like a KING!... they treated me soooo well!!

it was soo much fun!!!.... the weather was insane beautiful.... 30c and very humid everyday....

then i came off cloud nine and back to Markham where i am freezing my *** off!

I'm going to Cuba varadero next month, can't wait. And for the french girls, I know wut your talking about. I used to live in toronto but I moved back to montreal. Let me tell you, the women in montreal are much better. But if u don't speak french, things get a little complicated. Thank God I do

Cigars are expensive there? My uncle goes there every year on business and buys a couple boxes cuz they are cheap. He buys the max allowed without having to pay duty. And I mean, he owns a cigar store downtown! And he doesnt get them cheap from his supplier, he finds them cheaper by going to the warehouses in which they are made.

They also shower him with free cigars at the cigar conventions he attends, and even at his hotel. He was saying that breakfast, lunch and dinner all consisted of a cigar. Over 1 week, they each smoked between 50-60 cigars. And im not talking about the lil cheap ones, im talking Esplendidos, Cohibas, etc.

Sure enough, you know where im working after uni exams are over this winter, for the christmas season

well.... probably because your uncle gets hook ups... so he gets em cheaper.... i bought mine at the factory store...

Naw, like I said, he dont get them from his supplier, he just heads to the factories.
When in Cuba, its the only time hes allowed to NOT buy from his supplier under their contract. So he takes advantage of it and buys cheaper elsewhere.

If anyone does need some cigars for the holiday season, I can likely, not 100%, hook them up!
