Where to tint windows in toronto?

I want to tint my windows within the next 2 weeks. where is the best place that won't cost me too much to tint all my windows the darkest possible?

on the side, i've seen people have really dark front windows that are as dark as the back windows, i thought the fronts have have a lighter maximum darkness than the backs? is this legal? anyone got pulled? what is the legal limit nowadays?

thank you.

Got mine done at Extreme Auto Tint for super cheap, good quality and great service. PM SiG for info. Also, the legal limit for Toronto is 35% up front, and it can be anything you want in the rear. I'm 35 up front, limo (5%) in rear.

i dont know wut mine is...but for anyone who has ever seen my car u know u damn well cant see through them in daylight unless there is some unusual angle or just through the top where the black part is and not the chrome...as far as my experiences go ive been driving with those windows for almost two years and all it takes is getting used to...just be very cautious always especially at first and later u get immune to the darkness..now when i am in cars with no tint i feel naked to be honest! tint is great...private and great for protecting ur interior from burnin hot sun! (mine is prolly gonna need to be replaced within the next few years! damn...)

Since they're franchised, you may have been one of the lucky guys who actually dealt with someone who cared about your car. I've seen complaints like bubbling (and refusal to fix it), gaps in 2-piece rear windows, bad quality film, etc etc....

How's the tint on your car now? Did they tint the brake light area too or did they cut around it? I got mine tinted behind the light and i already see to patches of bubbles i gotta get fixed.

How did they fit your tints on too? They put the film on my windows and used an exacto knife and cut the film right on top of my window and now i got long knife scratches on the some of the windows.

Did they tint your entire window that can roll down? my 2 side windows in the front of my coupe are not fully tinted, they left about a 3-4mm gap between the film and the top of the window. if they are rolled up you can't tell but when they are rolled down you can see it.

I'm not satisfied with my tint, frig.

Got mine done when my rear deck was out for other stuff, so I got the brake light part tinted too. Not a single bubble, and I did check er out last night when I parked.

The dude used the outside of my windows as the template. Did it all one-piece too. No knife scratches, I remember checking that the day I got it done, I was really worried.

That's pretty standard stuff man, mine are like that too. Otherwise I myself would worry the constant contact with the rubber seal up top would eventually start peeling off the tint.

If you're not satisfied, go back and get it redone. Never settle for less-than-perfect with your car.

Oh wait, I have ONE defect on it - I was putting a new set of CDT speakers in the back and when I pulled up on the old JL's I had in there, one of them chipped the tint. It's the size of a grain of rice so I didn't bother taking it in. Maybe next year.
