Must need help....read this

around 3:00pm today I was driving along the 404 North from Steeles to Major Mackenzie; I was in a hurry cause I was in a hurry. so I was cutting in and out of traffic....alot. so I guess I pissed off this pickup truck drive(for some reason pickup driver are pissed off most of the time) so he pulled next to me and showed me his CB radio transmitter and I didn't have a clue of what was going on so I slowed down and asked him whats the matter and he told me he was calling the OPP for me doing wreckless driving. we both even exited at Major Mackenzie......but no cop came knocking on door or phone me yet. you people think his call is valid?

it could be valid. If it was and they have witnesses the best they can do is issue a warning. I got one for having my in-dash screen on while driving on the 401. SObody called it in and sure enough I got a letter in the mail about the complaint. If they actually come to the door, I'd just say that some ******* was following you too closely so you flipped him off and he must have wanted to get back at you.

besides they wouldn't know who was driving anyways? they can't charge without knowing who is driving anyways? it is sorta like a red light camera: Fine but no infractions?

Same thing happened to my cousin!

He just got the other guys' plates and called the police and told them that some guy on the 407 (thats where he was) was having a bad day and as a result, he (my cuz) was a victim of a crazy man's road rage
So they both got a letter and nothing happened

officer can not charge you unless they see an offence with their own eyes.

and like everybody else said.. it'll be a warning the first time.... but they can give you a ticket the next time, if someone reports your vehicle again.

You wou wont have any problems but man you shouldn't weave in and out of traffic. You are just perpetuating the stereotype about civics and making all our insurance higher.

that's right...
when going on a bbq up north with 5 other cars, 3 cell phone users phoned OPP and said we were driving wrecklessly

well, the OPP came out to hunt for us and we got stopped by 4 or 5 OPP cruisers.
they just asked us where we were going, and just told people to drive normally. no big deal.

Don't forget too if this guy called in to the OPP and was like "I wanna report this a$$hole on the road, stupid kid, blah blah blah" the OPP might humour him and take his info but not do shiat. OR they could just dismiss him as some kind of road-rage freako and tell him to scr3w off.
