I bought my car there. What a huge mistake I made. I just bought it there, cause they gave me the best deal. I guess I get what I paid for.

I hope markham honda burns down. I hate those clowns that work there.

DAMN ok im not the only one ... DAMN YOU MARKHAM HONDA !

I tried getting a TSB fixed there (the one where the B pipe rattles when u drive through a puddle) The manager hoisted my car up and was like the pipe is fine I dont see a problem...

I even showed him the print out... What a CLOWN..

I dunno what to do.. Hate Markham Honda !!!

Guys word of advise!!! CALL HONDA CANADA!!! or send them a nasty letter, your guarantted to get something out of it. tell them where you experienced the poor service, and that they are giving you a hard time over fixing something that is either on warranty or that has been posted in a "problem bullitin"

Do it Do it

yea my auto tranny went out 2 times back than for the past 2 years and i had to claim warrantee, and i brought my car to north markham honda when it was the old location, kennedy and hwy 7 right where now is anther dealer..
I had to talk to them so long and they took forever to get my car fix.
I remember one time it took them 1 month and a half, and they didn't gave me a loaner car. But i still had to pay insurance on it. I am pretty sure they'll remember me
haha.. because i fu*ed them pretty bad like those supervisor manager.

Anyone wishing to send out a letter to honda, I strongly advise you to use their words against them, specifically the ones found on their website.

http://www.honda.ca/HondaCorpEng/Abo...Operations.htm

When ya use their words against them, they hate it, which will hopefully lead to some action being taken. Ill be writing them a letter real soon

EDIT: Read that page and shoot holes through it, as well as their "philosophy" page. Im sure there's more but those had some stuff which just jumped out at me as being pure
For example... "The Honda Philosophy. It's something we live and breathe. It begins with Respect for the Individual"
This is gonna be a fun letter to write!

tricky is on a distinguished road
If i go to Honda, i always go to Formula Honda...i've been to about 6 different dealerships and i've found that FH had the best customer service...and were mod-friendly, from my experience
