I cannot believe that the press is trying to say that the guy should nt have been walking in the intersection wtf? whatever it is, I do not thinkn the guy would have walked the intersection if he had seen tthere was any danger ahead of hiim, and on top of that most people start haulin' as$$ whe theyre trying to cross the intersection on a green..

plain and simple the idiot in the pt cruiser shhould get some heavy *** fine and pay for the mans med bills IMO alogn wiht the other guy's repair bill

DrivenConcepts should not be trusted
i dont think the driver of the pt crusier should have to pay for the pedestrians med bills bescause i agree that the pedestrian shouldnt have crossed

on another note you can see clearly that the pedestrian made it all the way across already

Actually after watching it again I think that the pedestrian might have gotten hit by the SUV anyway. If anything the impact slowed him down before rolling over him. That guy should not have been crossing.

I dont really know whose side to take, but I dont think it was wrong place wrong time, if he was crossing when the light was green, it's always the wrong time and he should have paid more attention, how hard is it to see a flying SUV? I still feel sorry for everyone involved, the suv is the only one who can truely be pissed, they were the only ones who were not following the rules, but then again they didn't reduce speed to avoid an accident, (if they even saw the PT Ghey)

Ya, the SUV owner should totally be pissed...there was definitely no way he could have avoided that - like, how often do you slow down at a GREEN LIGHT intersection to make sure there are no cars coming the other way to T-bone you?? I know I never even think about that...

The pedestrian looks way too calm for someone who's crossing against the signal...strolling along and stuff...I feel bad for him, but he had it coming...
