My 2K1 went in today for it's body kit install and paint job. I'm hoping to get her back by Tuesday but they said if all goes well, maybe Monday (cross fingers).
Anyway, I have a rental now and it's a shiny blue 2004 Toyota Carolla. it's costing me $24/day and I didn't have to buy insurance because my personal coverage can transfer over...woo hoo!
I was scared to death of getting an Echo after hearing how much Telly hated his so I know he'll be more than pleased that I not only have a Carolla as a rental but I now have some good quality Asian ****!

At least you got a rental with HALF a sack. I couldn't even get speed out the Echo with the pedal to the mat. Does your rental smell funny? Mine did.

It feels like a truck. It's so high off the ground and the seats are high inside as well.
