Diplomatic (Red) Plates
Ya i saw one the other day in downtown Toronto. Looks solid. I gotta get them, I mean how cool would a diplomatic plate be? Id be driving to all the hot spots goin on about how im the prince of a small but wealthy island called "the isle of Narc". All the while having 'hail to the chief' being played over a loud speaker.
Id also get those little flag things you see very important people with attached to the front fenders of the car. My flag would be a car theif being hanged.
And I would wear a cape. Cuz, you gotta respect a man in a cape..specially if he has diplomatic plates.
What would you do?????

You have to be a member of the national diplomatic corps (State Department, etc.) or an embassy staffer with some kind of rank. I don't think the copier tech at the embassy has the plates. At least that's how it works in the States. Plus there's diplomatic immunity. Technically you could kill and not be prosecuted, but it more applies to parking tickets and stuff like that.

Yeah... anyone with a Diplomatic Licence Plate can park where ever he/she wants to and not get **** for it. You could park your car downtown in the middle of Young St and not get towed or ticketed.
