I've had Neuspeed Sports for a year and I can tell you they're aggressive springs. Good for cornering hard, not so good for a smooth ride. If you're worried about comfort, go for the Eibachs...Goldlines have a great ride too, but that wasn't on your list.
Sometimes, I can see right through myself ...

I'm gonna recommend Goldlines too. I've had a set on my car probably 2+ years now and I love them. They're not too bouncy (as long as your shocks are good) and give an aggresive stance.
h&r sport is good but the drop isn't that much..
I had them on my 2001 civic coupe the ride was amazing almost to stock.
but the drop wasn't as great.
I would recommend you to get neuspeed sport.
Right now I am using neuspeed race and i think it's great .

my bad...i had them installed today and the front sits a bit lower than the back. it's actually 1.5 in the rear and 1.75 in the front.
btw: i was on the highway going home with my neuspeed sports installed with a camber kit(you will need one if you value your tires) and alignment job done. I was cruising along on the 401 thinking what a comfortable ride until i hit a small bump(normally wouldn't have any affect) that made my cd player skip, and almost knocked the steering wheel from my hands...it's pretty brutal. ride is quite harsh but is a nice looking drop. i have 18's so it really makes them look big.

i was on the 401 today again and i hit a medium sized pothole. i usually watch the road for sh*t like that but i just happened to look up for a second and next thing i knew the pothole was right in front of me, couldn't avoid it. the feeling inside the car was BAM!!! i thought i had dented my rim and maybe threw off the alignment, i was like FU!CK!!. the moment i got off the highway i pulled into the first gas station and checked my front/rear wheels...no damage at all! i even looked in the wheel well for marks but it didn't look like the tire made contact with the inner fender at all. i figured if a small bump felt like i hit a mid sized pothole, a mid sized pothole will feel like you hit a monster pothole and believe me, IT FELT BAD!
i think all this can be corrected if you buy after market shocks but i'm not sure.
just thought you might want to know before you lower your car.

That awful noise was your suspension bottoming out and you bouncing off your bumpstop...your shocks are blown, buddy...
I know cuz I went thru the same thing right when I lowered...and yes, konis (or even unblown OEMs) will correct this problem

Actually the eibach sportlines are a 1.4" drop in front and rear. But yeah its defiantley a nice drop and rides pretty good.

i checked my shocks and they aren't blown. i think the ride quality is due to the stiffer neuspeed springs and the 18" rims wrapped in 215/40/18 parada spec 2's. i'm not running stock rims/tires.

I finally got around to lowering my Fiance's 03 Coupe. The 4 finger wheel gap was so ugly. I found a set of H&R Sports for a good price that lower it about 1.3fr/1.3r according to H&R's website. It seems lower then that to me though. Not slammed, but very subtle. Now it's about a 1 finger gap in the front and 2 in the back. The ride is very close to stock, but firmer. I'm very happy with the results.

Now I just need some wheels. I'd love to slap on some 17's, but she would curb them in no time. I'll probably put my SIR's on when I find a new set for my car.

The ride is great. It feels like stock but a bit firmer. I think H&R must make the 7th gen spring rates pretty soft compared to the 6thgen springs because my car rides way stiffer. She didn't want too extreme of a drop, so coils are unnecessary. They suck anyway unless you spend $$$ for KW/Tein/H&R Cup Kit etc. My H&R's and Koni's are fine for what I need and her car will eventually be fitted with similar shocks.
I will always be loyal to H&R. IMO they are the best springs you can buy.
