how good your driving record is.

just imagine those dots as "stars"

5 stars is the top, as in a clean, good record.

i have four stars (dots) .. which is decent.. but a reason for insurance companies to jack up your damn rats.

Doesn't it just mean that you have 4 years of driving experience under a G licence and that you can sit in the passenger seat with a G1 driver driving?

yeah paws is right

reason being, they dont give you a new license card with updated dots everytime you get a ticket/do something illegal.
