my car reaches 92000km already...I'm kind of worry that the belt will break apart very soon...

Well, Honda doesn't say it needs it until 120,000 miles (90,000miles by the old standard). So you still have some time. It's a big job and costs alot.
I've been hunting for one for a while but have had no luck finding anything. I have 116K on mine and can definately feel some slippage.
I went to Formula Honda in Scarborough and found out that the timing belt and ECU have to be changed both at 120K. The cost for the belt is $299 and the ECU is $199 not including install!!!

You don't need a new ecu ever unless it breaks. Timing belt is good to do at 90k miles, just in case. If it breaks, you're in alot more repair money.

Wierd .. normal replacement for the timing is 120k kms I believe, but we are not the same person so you can do whatever you like. Hell I know people that do not change their oil (and filter) regularly, most often going 10k kms between changes.
Though I don't know why the ECU would be involved/recommended to be replaced, if anything the water-pump would be wise to replace as you replace the timing belt.

when you get the timing belt replaced, the water pump is replaced along with it. i had mine changed at 105,000 miles. i was lucky and found a good deal where is only cost $340 US. All other dealers in my area were quoting around $500.
