**Serious Thread** Who's up for...???
... an Ottawa run!!!
The Members from Ottawa has shown us RESPECT and graced us with their presence in the GTA...
Now lets return the favour by either droppin by or rollin' on up there...
Im up for this, but it wont be till maybe Late June to mid July...
so sign up here and post some ideas ...
Im thinkin something big like maybe they meet us in the last leg of the trip (outside Ottawa at a park, have a BBQ and roll into the City in the dusk) so the cruise entering Ottawa will be sweeter/bigger and we need the Ottawa peeps road expertee's
post if your in and your ideas..... thanx...

Rep Power: 316 Dude, there lots of things we can do here in Ottawa. It would all depend on whether or not you all come here for the day (like we did) or come here for 2 days or so. Like Pharoh said, there are a couple of places that can house some TO guys/gals.
Merivale & Meadowlands is a MUST and that doesn't usually start until like 10:30 pm or so. We could always hit up a park on the Rockliffe Pkwy. Have a BBQ there, spend the afternoon tossin a frisby or whatever. Maybe cruise to a restaurant for a late dinner, than cruise on over to M&M for a big car meet. Put all those j-bodies and domestics to shame
Keep up the planning guys, keep us posted!

First of all...Getting to Ottawa from T.O is a snap and we'll definately pick a spot that's easy for you guys to find. In fact here's what I'm thinking...We can use the wind tunnel as a meeting location if you like.
Here's a REALLY old pic but the location is still as beautiful.
The best way to Ottawa from T.O is the 401 to the 416 and then off at West Hunt Club to the Tunnel (I think all the Ottawa peeps will agree with me on that). Anyway - what we can do is have someone roll out to the West Hunt Club ramp to meet you guys if you have someone call us when you pass a certain point on the 416. Then we can lead you to the tunnel from there.
Some ideas would be...

Rep Power: 316 Yeah guys, June is pretty full for me as well. We should give a good month into planning this. And figure on July some time. But thats just my opinion.

well actaully i'm heading up to ottawa on june 18th-20th for IMPORT NITE with my the company im rolling with www.raceworld.ca imma be there with or without my car.. depending if my car goes in and out of the shop on time for this show... i will definitely let u ottawa guys kno if my car will be ready so u guys can check it out at the show
oh yeah look out for our 6 project cars that we recently finished... words to define our project cars are crazy, beast, turbo... LOL look out for the one and only targa roof 98 prelude

just an idea.
it will run from 8:00am-5pm, but you guys could scoot out early if you like.

Rep Power: 0 I came down to Ottawa 2 years ago to visit some friends at University. I don't think I've ever seen that many bars on one street before! Looks like a fun place to party at! You guys have any ideas of some night life we can hit when we come down?
