I just installed mine this past weekend... put in some denso iridiums I bought off of ebay....
I'm at 101,000 and after taking out my plugs they were pretty worn and burnt up. The car is running a little smoother since I put in the plugs.....

The manual has the part number for the plugs in there, for both the NGK and Denso brands....
My car had the Denso's from the factory.....
