already broke my stabilizer arm....
well todai i got my dc5 type r 22mm sway bar installed...
everything was well installed and greased.. but as i noticed i had a lil play movement on my left side stabilizer arm which i knew already was not a good sign....
so i took it down from the lift, pulled out and test drove it (drove for about an hour doin erans)... then i drove back to the shop b/c i was getting mad rattle sound cause the thick sway bar was sitting right against my pipping for the exhuast...
SOOOO we lifted the car back up again and there i see the left stabilizer arm rubber bushing ripped right off from the bolt... i knew that was gonna happen but did not expect to happen so soon (in matter of hours LOL)... good thing is that i repaired the rattling sound and the sway bar is so stiff in the there that it should be safe to drive around temporary till i order some GREY endlinks...
does anybody have ordered from grey before... i kno telly did... how long did shipping take!???

I'm rockin Grey's endlinks right now on my 22mm. Just peeked under the car tonite (checkin the neons). Still goin strong! Woot woot!
Grey's shipping to me took a week, but all I got was an empty package cause the endlinks fell out of the packaging. He had a replacement set out to me in less than that, and apparently he's been using more secure packaging since then.
What did you use to fix your rattles? My rad hose zip tied to the bar isn't working as well as I hoped.

well for now its temporally no knocking sounds but i kno that rad hose won't last long and will eventually melt LOL... so i dunno i may have to bring my exhuast back to the shop, take it off and bend the pipping... i can still here some knocking noise but not very noticable...
Oh yeah telly i remembah u saying put alot of grease and i did LOL... i had a grease gun at the shop which plugs right in the greasing whole in the energy bushings....

endlinks busted...that sucks!!! I guess your having more trouble then me already with the Sway bar.....Mine is still up and running. But I think my rattles gotten worse....
I dont get it cuz with the car parked I have one whole finger gap from the closest part of the exhaust to the sway bar...but it still rattles. (i think its the sway bar)
Oh ya, RW...Them NGKs you gave me work great....I drove all last night and this mourning to work with no jerking....=)
So whats the conclusion? Bosch sucks ***! Misfires like crazy. Not just one set of boschs but 2 sets and then the NGK came and problem free

19mm rear sway will fit fine. The RSX has the same endlinks as the vic/EL, so they can handle the amount of flex the 19mm bar puts on them. The 22mm however, is just WAY too thick and the force it puts on the endlinks can pop the balljoints or even snap those little toothpick things. If you wanted to go hardcore you could check out Hotchkis endlinks as well - they're avail for the RSX, should fit the Civic, at least in rear.
