I'm getting some 17s this winter, and putting them on my silver 4door when the snow melts. I can't decide on what rims to get, does anyone have suggestions? I'm thinking of Konig Absolutes, but they are opal, and my car is silver. What suggestions does everyone have? [Don't worry about price]

IMO 6-spokes or split-5's in gunmetal or black with polished lip look best on silver cars. Check my profile (as if I haven't wh0red my car enough on here).

I agree with Telly on this one. Black or dark gunmetal rims with a polished lip look great on a silver or black car. You can't go wrong with good old silver rims either.

Chrome is the one colour I WOULDN'T put on a silver car. Actually, I know it looks best on black, but even then I don't like em. Wait a sec....no one asked about chrome. I'm a dumbass.

I don't want black rims either, I'm looking for silver.

I was thinking of getting them in the winter because I thought they wouild be cheaper then because they will all be on clearance at the end of the season.

Get some gunmetal or hyper black rims. The darker shade of grey will contrast nicely with the light silver. Check out my ride to see pictures my rims with a hyper black finish.
