These legal here?

Just wanted to know if these are legal, I seen a couple 5th and 6th gen civics with smoked out tail lights but only a few. Also if they are illegal what if you can see all lights perfectly through them?

bottom line:

braking lights are red. and reverse lights are white.

if those colours show after being blacked out.. o_O ... then it's legal.. otherwise, no.
